Retro Games
These are games made with Game Maker Studio and exported to HTML5, for playing in web browsers. At present they have been optimised for Chrome, Firefox and Opera but they may not function properly in Edge/explorer.
Why Retro Games..?
Well, it all began in 1981 when I started playing around on a Vic-20 - a popular "home computer" from CBM(Commodore Business Machines. It had 3.5k memory and a toy-like feel about it but it also had a proper keyboard, colour, sound and programmable characters. This led a number of programmers to write some first rate arcade games for it, such as NightCrawler, Omega Race, Myriad and Gridrunner. It was these great games and many others that inspired me.
